I purchased a home and discovered the property contained asbestos; not only did I feel duped by the seller and realtor, but I also had an added expense. IVT explained things well. I did not feel rushed to make a decision but was relatively informed. I was even given a ride back to my temporary residence. The air was tested after the abatement which gave me a sense of relief and a report was emailed to me promptly. The job was completed on time and efficiently. I hope I never encounter asbestos again but if I do I would definitely rehire IVT!
